Walk With A Doc: Highbanks

Grab a pair of comfortable shoes and meet us at the park. Enjoy the fresh morning air, good company, and the opportunity to get fit and have some fun every Saturday.

Trail info
Big Meadows Path: 1 mile, easy, paved, ADA accesible, can be extended slightly by adding on Scenic River trail. (This is the path the doc walks.)

Coyote Run: 3.5 miles, moderate, grass and dirt surface, fairly level, pets welcome.
Dripping Rock: 2.5 miles, moderate to difficult, gravel surface, steep ravines.

You'll find Dr. Sabgir of Mount Carmel Clinical Cardiovascular Specialists, other health care professionals, and fellow walkers, enjoying a quick bite, and warming up for the walk.
