Annual Walk Challenge

Recognizing the unmatched power of physical activity to improve health, cardiologist Dr. David Sabgir invited his patients to join him for a walk in the park on April 9, 2005. That simple invitation sparked a global movement, with more than 700 communities worldwide now hosting Walk with a Doc events each month.
Each year in April, we celebrate our anniversary with a special Walk Challenge that honors the power of movement, connection, and community, while inspiring participants to walk throughout the month and maybe even push their limits!

In honor of Walk with a Doc’s 21st anniversary, we challenge you to take a dedicated walk for at least 21 minutes every day from April 1-30, 2026! Participants in the US and Canada will receive one raffle ticket for each day that you walk for at least 21 minutes. Submit your final results below by May 5th for a chance to win prizes.
