Good morning and Happy New Year!
Our team is fresh off a holiday break and ready to shake things up, take the bull by the horns, tackle the world.
Did you set any New Year’s resolutions? We’d love to hear them.
Whether you’re aiming to walk more, stress less, or eat better… we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. You’ve got this.
We love the fresh start that a new year brings.
But where do you begin?
In a world of confusion, misinformation, and “experts” on every corner of the internet… we believe people need simple, reliable tips from trusted medical professionals to achieve their goals, improve their health, and live their best lives possible.
Knowledge is power, and our volunteer healthcare providers are fantastic at sharing their knowledge power in a simple, approachable way across 673 communities.
We want the rest of the world to have access to this power.
That’s why we’re kicking off a new video series, spotlighting discussions on various topics and practical health tips from local Walk with a Doc events.
In this first video, Dr. Samia Estrada, PsyD (Walk Leader in Vacaville), chats with her walkers about how intentionally practicing gratitude can support mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.
Check it out, then make sure you head out for a gratitude walk.
We’re grateful for you.
Have a great week.
